“Are you sure you want this?”

When the universe conspires against you.

The Daily Writer - from Brock Swinson

Good morning,

I hit a groove with my momentum — when it happened…

  • Wife needed surgery (2-week recovery)

  • Toddler gets a 103 fever (for 72 hours)

  • I catch the illness the moment she gets better

  • Door knob falls off, ants show up, dishwasher breaks…

This sh*t happens all the time.

You feel like you’re finally speeding up when the universe seemingly conspires against you.

It asks…

“Are you sure you want this?”

(Cameron gets it.)

You want to give in, because once again, things seem harder than they need to be.

Not only do you have internal resistance, but now external forces are conspiring against you.

“Are you sure you want this?”

You must answer “Yes.”

…and simply continue onward.

My wife is healing. My daughter is better. I’ll be fine.

The work — the progress — must continue.

I’ll see you tomorrow.
